Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order reference number. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any delivery charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
