Gadgetly is a trading name of Mad Tech Heads Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14440918. Registered office: Office 7622, 182-184 High Street North, London, East Ham, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

2. These Terms

These terms apply to every order you place through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms comply with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

6. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email to info@gadgetly.co.uk). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation. Goods must be in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days for a full refund, or within 6 months for a repair or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
